My daughter and I had a custom guitar built from Stan Shields of The Inventing Shed for Mike's birthday in May. The top wood was selected from our private stock at Vedder Mountain Hardwoods The top is highly figured quilted/curly maple and the body is alder. It looks and sounds incredible.
